Pawel Tomasz Wasilewski, also known by the name Paul Wesley, is an Oscar-winning director and actor best known for his role in the popular television drama series The Vampire Diaries. Paul Wesley has received numerous accolades, such as Teen Choice Awards, Young Hollywood Awards and others for his TV part. He was born in New Brunswick New Jersey in the United States Wesley showed an interest in acting during his school years. Later on, he went to Rutgers University. When he realized that his acting abilities could be a great career, he decided to leave. First, he appeared in The American TV show Another World. Two years later he appeared as a leading character on "Wolf Lake," a popular TV show that which aired by the CBS network. The Vampire Diaries was a popular American series that sparked the beginning of a new phase of his career. He also has directed several episodes of the television series. In the years following his debut as a movie star with The Last Run, he appeared in many other movies. Recently, he has appeared in Mothers and Daughters and The Late Bloomer. His popularity on social media is quite high, with over 13,000,000 followers on Instagram and more than 4.1,000,000 people following him on Twitter.
